too much coffee or early signs of labour???

i have been out for coffee with a friend, i have just got in

i had alot of coffee today


im unsure if i have had to much coffee, im just being paranoid or if this is it.

i had a false labour a few weeks ago


i am getting (mild, not particularly strong) period like pains every half an hour or so and i have a constant achy pulling pain in my lower back which gets stronger during my cramps


am i just being a paraniod?

Thats kinda how my labour started but they say all women are different i was getting pains like that on the tuesday and didnt go into hospital till the friday, whatever they r good luck and just monitor them,,, xx take a nice bath

Thats how my labour started, within a few hours they were every 5 minutes and I couldn't talk or walk through them, that was when I went to hospital. I kept on my feet through the entire thing, that really helped keep it going. Good luck!
