I am really down about my body right now and want to get into a workout routine. Today is two weeks since I gave birth, it was a vaginal delivery. Of course, I am still bleeding but feel much better. I was thinking of starting off with walking, using 5 lb dumb bells for my arms and maybe doing some squats. Does this sound like too much? How soon did you all start working out after delivery and what workouts did you start out with?
Also, I really don't eat that much in a day (which isn't good since I am breastfeeding), I just don't really have an appetite or I am simply just too busy with my LO. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
