Tooth extraction tmw

Im SOOOO nervous!

Im getting one wisdom tooth cut out at the hospital tmw as its impacted and causing me too much pain.

Im only having a local as i dont want to be put under and will ask for some G&A or a sedative before

Any advice how to calm myself down when im there??

You'll be fine hun. I took my Ipod with me helped drown the sound of the equipment out and stuff
