Top of stomach feels hard at 6 weeks, normal?

I'm 5-6 weeks with my 3rd pregnancy, 2nd ended in m/c back in July. I have been extremely bloated the past week and today I noticed that the top part of my stomach is hard when I'm standing up. Is this because everything is shifting up? I also wanted to know if the reason why I look so big other than bloating is because I've been pregnant 3 times in a year. My daughter will be 1 this weekend, then the m/c at 7.3 wks in July and now this one. I think that since it's been 3 times, my uterus is really stretched out and never fully went back down so I'm showing earlier, is this true?
