My sister and bro in law did the last one and they loved it but were black and blue afterwards (and muddy!) but they really enjoyed it!

I'm doing the warrior dash. Not nearly as intense, but the same idea. I am really excited about it. I'm not sure I can handle the tough mudder yet, but if warrior dash goes well this year, I will definitely try it next year. What are you doing to train for it?

I workout daily & mix some Crossfit classes in there a few times a week. Starting up Insanity again this week.
