Toxoplasmosis - worried!

I'm really hoping you'll all just tell me I'm being ridiculous!

Earlier this evening I was preparing meatballs for tomorrow nights dinner.
So obviously that involved combining ingredients and mushing it all together with my hands.

Only after I'd finished, i realised I had a couple of little cuts on my thumb (I often get chapped hands after a cleaning spree).

So now I've convinced myself that I've caught toxoplasmosis from the minced beef!!
I'm worrying myself sick!
Does anyone know if it can be contracted through cuts??
I've googled like mad and can't find much info apart from when it's ingested...

Any advice??
Sorry if this seems abit jumbled... I've worried myself sick and my eyes are hurting from reading Dr Google for so long!

probably just the usual intestinal stuff like e.coli or salmonella....
