Tracking cycles, need some help.

Hi ladies

I'm new here and feel a little out of my depth.

I came of the pill on the 22nd Dec 2013 and AF finally showed up on the 8th Feb. I haven't had a "real" period for nearly 4 years due to being on the pill so I have no idea how long my cycles are! ( I was taking cerazette which stopped my periods completely)

Would a week between EWCM and my period starting sound about right, and when roughly should i ovulate again? I have just started an app on my tablet and it says ovulation should be about the 17th this month, does that sound right?

Sorry ladies I sound ridiculous, but because I haven't had a period for so long I just don't know where to start

Tbh it will probably take a while for your cycle to settle so it might be tricky to predict. You could get some cheap OPKs online to get a better idea.

I'm afraid I don't know about EWCM because I don't really understand about all that!
