to prevent pregnancy????
wasnt sure where to post this, I figured this maybe a good spot!
A little quick background:
4th pregnancy ,lmp July 2011, mmc gestational sac measured 5.5 weeks had a yolk sac but no fetal pole had d&e at what should have been 11 weeks of pregnancy. 1st loss @25yro
was waiting for period to come, landed in the er twice (one week apart from each other)I found out I was pregnant but I was in the process of miscarrying so I was sent home to finish it out. This was Jan 2012 was my 5th pregnancy 2nd loss 15 weeks of no period@25yro
My period returned 3 1/2 weeks after my 2nd loss. I got my next period on time 3-1, had sex 3-10 and bam I was pregnant. I had a scan while i was in my 4th week only could see a sac, went back when I was in my 7th week and I saw my ball with nubs and a heartbeat. On 6-1 I was 13.2 weeks went in for a scan at (maternal fetal specialist) babys heart had stopped, but measured correctly. had my d&e at what would have been 14 weeks. I never bled until afer my d&e but bled every day. a week and a half later I landed in the er, had to have 2 units of blood and had a repeat d&e. This was my 6th pergnancy 3rd loss @ 26yro. Finally stopped bleeding on July 13. Now I am just waiting for my period
I do not plan or prevent any of my pregnancies we just let it happen. I am not ready for another pregnancy or possible loss. So for a few months I want to prevent to give myself and body time to heal.
I was wondering if I could try tracking my ovulation so I knew when to stay away from my hub? I have no clue how to track ovulation I just hear about tempting. Would this work?????TIA
just a little fyi in case it would help with advice. after all my prior pregnancies my period returned to normal. for the past 3+ years my period is 26-28 day cycle( there is a time or to where its a 26 or 27 but its normally 28) bleeding normally last 4 days and is not heavy.
