What's the best way to transfer milk that's been in the fridge to a bottle from my pump bottle?

Usually I decant into a sterilised bottle but didn't have any clean so just put the pump bottle in the fridge. However the milk has separated and I don't want to waste the milk stuck to the bottle.

Any ideas? Sorry if that doesn't make sense. Half asleep on a night feed lol

Warm the pump bottle up a little bit and swirl to redistribute the fat before pouring it. I always used a few short pulses in the microwave (bad mom!), but you can also just put the bottle in a pot of warm-hot water.

If you swirl it long enough, the fat will break loose and mix in with the milk, even if it's cold....just takes a little longer.
