sounds like things are amicable between you, so im sure you will be able to work something out.

you will be able to claim child tax credit as you are now classed as a single parent, if you work you will also get working tax credit, depending on your wage and could also get help with rent and council tax etc, if that applies to you. but as for your ex i don't have any advice as he wouldn't be entitled to much while unemployed. sorry not much help really x

Same as above! Though if you's will be on good terms etc and are happy enough maybe meet halfway so train fares dont cost as much? xx

My fob lives 2.5 - 3 hours away and I will be expecting him to travel here to see my LO but thats because he's an idiot like the others say, sounds like your on good terms so maybe a meet half way or alternate visits? Xx
