Hi ladies :)
My husband and I have been ttc for five and a half years now. Last year when I wasn't responding to treatment I decided to treat my infertility naturally. I have since been using therapeutic grade essential oils and supplements. I have regulated my cycle ( I have PCOS) t0 30-32 days when I would go up to 6 months without a cycle. I really have seen such an improvement with this "regimen" as I call it, I feel as though its just around the corner. What steps have you taken naturally to help your fertility?? Also if anyone is interested you can find me on Facebook: The Natural Fertility Enthusiast!! Feel free to inbox me or ask questions.

Did you see a herbalist before deciding what to take?

No I don't take herbs I use therapeutic grade essential oils and did a lot of research on what I should do to make my regimen :)

Do you mind adding what exactly are you using? as I also have PCOS and curious to know what have regulated your cycles

I do not have PCOS but I am also curios. how do you chose which essential oils to use?

I googled it and is seems that "the whole concept of “therapeutic grade” doesn’t really mean anything. It has become a common misconception that therapeutic grade essential oils meet certain criteria for both the authenticity and performance. Unfortunately there are no such standards. A lot of people have been lead to believe this because some businesses have tried to differentiate their oils from others by using the term “therapeutic grade” in their marketing. Also, some people mistakenly believe that AFNOR (French Association of Normalization) and the ISO (International Standards Organization) have developed standards for essential oils, and that only those that met these standards can be classified as therapeutic grade, but these organizations don’t have any kind of standards or grading system for essential oils (and neither does any other reputable organization)."
