I have 3 cats and I think they will all get on well with the baby. They are cuddly cats anyways and never up to fights so I'm sure it'll be alright
You can also get your cat tested for toxoplasmosis at the vet's office. If you get them tested and they don't have it and they're an indoor cat, they chances they'll get it while you're pregnant are slim to none and you'll be OK to change their litter without being afraid. Just take the same precautions you do normally. Wash your hands, try not to breath in the dust and vacuum the floor around the litter box.
As far as how they'll act around a baby, invite a friend over that has a baby. My cat had NEVER been around a baby until my mom brought my baby sister over. All he did was sniff her feet, sniff around her stuff and walk away. He even let her pet him and he didn't get mad. He did hiss when she started rubbing him the wrong way but that was only because my hubby was holding him down and forcing him to let her pet him. He was more hissing at DH than at the baby.

Not true. There is no test for the cat to detect toxoplasma.

Yes, there is. I wouldn't have said it if it wasn't true.
"However, if you're still worried, ask your vet to test your cat to see if he has been infected with toxoplasmosis. Just be aware you will have to pay for the test."

"If you suspect your cat is carrying the parasite that causes toxoplasmosis, its time to get him tested by your veterinarian."

ETA: You can also get YOURSELF tested to see if you have antibodies for toxoplasmosis. If you're stressed about it, ask your doctor about it.

I went to school to be a vet tech. They only shed the oocysts for about 2 week out of their whole life. There is no test to determine if they have toxoplasma.
There is a DNA test that can sometimes determined if they already shed the oocysts and are done with it.
