Trying to conceive after implanon

Ok. So I have had 2 implanon rods in since the birth of my 7 year old little girl. I was 16 when I first conceived, then 18 and again at 19. I now have my life on track and actually want to plan to have a baby with my husband ( not my children's father) I fell pregnant without trying with all of my girls and now I'm scared after having the implanon in for so long that I won't ovulate and also because I was so young when I had the girls :-S I have had the implanon out wind the 23rd of July and still have not had my periods??? At the end of my implanon I was getting my periods for about three days for the last 6 months. Do u think I could have already ovulated and not know considering I am highly fertile maybe I'm already pregnant? Do many people fall pregnant before getting their periods after being on implanon?

Thoughts on the home ovulation test kits?
