trying to concieve , need advice !

I'm 18, and just got engaged. Me and my fiance, really want a baby. We have been talking about it for a long time. Just having sex is not working is there anything I might be doing wrong, or anything that I should try? Please heelp

You might need to track your BBT. And when you ovulate (BBT usually helps tell). Also, go get checked for any complication (you and him) and they could put you on fertility drugs (if there is something wrong). Just take it easy though! Baby dust and congrats on your engagement!
