TTC #1,3 months after stopping bc

Hello everybody,
My name is Angelia.My fiance and I have been ttc baby #1.I stopped my birth control three months ago,and we have been having sex on my fertile days however still bfn.Ugh.Is there anything that I can do do help my fertility? Also how long after stopping bc should I be abke to conceive? I'm just hoping that I do not have any fertility issues.I am kind of dissappointed,I guess I thought it would have happened already.Advice is much appreciated!

Hi Angelia, I don't think 3 months you should be worried about it. I know its quite difficult and I had the same thing when I was at 3 months - I am currently at ~9 months and still trying. Hopefully we get our BFP's soon(fingers crossed). You can look into SMEP plan and give that plan a try for next month. Also I have heard having Pineapple core after ovulation starting from DPO1 -> DPO5 helps with implantation - its my first month giving that a try.

Also, how are you working out your fertile days? Are you temping?
