TTC #1 need advice on when to count day 21 for blood test

Hi I am pleased I found you... really need some advice. I stopped BCP in May and had end of pill blleding start on 19th May ( CD1) I have not had AF (period) show up yet and that is cd38. Doc initially said they would make me ttc on my own for a year but when I pointed out I was 36 this year and have had pcos diagnosed for over 8 years and complained they said they would do a blood test but that I would need to get a test done on day 21 and day 1 of my cycle. Need advice on when day 21 and 1 is given last af was on 19th may. do I count from then? and base it on a 28 day cycle?

Hello i was abit confused by this aswell. CD1 is the day AF appears so count 21 days from that and that is when you need to get your bloods. Hope this helps..... Sprinkling baby dust your way
