This is more of a vent thread than anything. My fiance and I have been ttc for 8 months, but I have PCOS and don't ovulate naturally. My family dr diagnosed me with PCOS in March 2013 through u/s and blood test. When my fiance and I decided to ttc for #1, my doctor referred us to an ob-gyn. I went for a pelvic ultrasound and tubal patency, and the results came back positive! Of course my u/s confirmed that I don't ovulate because I have cysts on my ovaries, but my right ovary is "beautifully open" as the specialist mentioned. My fiance is going for an SA next week but he has been taking multivitamins to prep for our ttc journey.
A little background info:
I'm 25 years old and healthy. I'm 5'3 and 120 lbs. I fall under the "lean" PCOS category. My ob-gyn already mentioned Clomid. Any success stories for those with lean PCOS and Clomid? Lately I've been through a rough time emotionally and could use a little support. Thanks!
