I stopped taking BC pills a few months ago. A few days after my last pill I had a period. Next cycle 40 days and this last tome it was a 39 day cycle. Is this normal? Will I have trouble getting pregnant?

It sounds like you have a slightly long cycle, but that doesn't mean you'll have any more difficulty getting pregnant than anyone else! Are you charting your temps or using opks to pinpoint ovulation? GL!

No I haven't started to chart anything. I sorta figured I would see how things go on their own first few months. I had heard that it could take a while to get pregnant after birthcontrol.

It can take awhile for your cycles to regulate after stopping bc.....Id say that is what they are doing. Would recommend temping so that you know when you are ovulating.....the only way to make a baby is to pinpoint ovulation & DTD around that time!

I went off BC in Oct and didnt get AF till end of jan and then nothing now, and as for the charting, you can buy certain thermometers from the drug store, that chart temp, and are more acurate, they have charts with them and explain how to chart. they are only about $10
