Hi All! 
After many years convinced I would have an only child (DD 4/2010) we have just decided to add to our beautiful family. Our 1st was not planned but not prevented so I'm not sure how my cycles were or are since I never keep track of them more than following them to make sure at least once a month I have one. Based of calculations of the last 4 cycles, I have a CL of 33 days. AF just started today 5/14/2015 so waiting 10 days to start the SMEP process. Anyone else trying SMEP or tried it before? Thoughts? It seems the most natural course of action.... and fun
