TTC After being on the Contraceptive Implant

Hiya All

Wondering if anyone could offer any advice.
I went on the implant after having my little boy in 2009 and came off it at the end of march this year. Had a successful 2 years on it, no bleeding the whole time i was on it and no side effects...perfect!

The problem is that i haven't had a period since coming off it and am now wondering if everything's ok. We're TTC and i dont know if thats even possible if i haven't come on since having it removed. I spoke to my dr about a month after coming off the implant and she said it was normal for things to take time to get back to normal but its now two months and nothing. Did a preg test around that time so i know its not that im pregnant.

Just interested to know if anyone's experienced the same thing or can help at all. I've never been so keen to see my period arrive!!

I know the feeling lol I was on the implant for 7 years and it took around two months for af to arrive had it removed four months ago and had 2 periods now but I'm pretty sure I'm still not ovulating so I think I'll be popping to the docs next month to double check everything is ok. I'm getting frustrated too. Fingers crossed your cycles return to normal very soon xxx baby dust xxx

Hya I had my implant in for a year and had no bleeding at all.then I got it out on the 18th april buh a didn't have a peirod till the 28 th march I was on for 6 days a fink a finshed ovulating a week a go a had a bit blood 2day so a looked it up and it said it cud be implantation bleeding if I was a week after ovulating and it is am not due on till the 26 of june a tested 2day it was negitive a fink a tested 2 eairly fingers crossed
