ttc after chemical pregnancy

hi..

just found out i had an early miscarry on may 26th, light bleeding until today, june 9th

have to have 3 blood tests to make sure hcg levels are going down, my first one was june 8th and it was 23, i havent got my other ones yet.

does 23 seem high to anyone?

I'm so sorry hon. I know how hard it is to go through; I had an early m/c at 5 weeks in March and it's still hard. I just keep thinking... "I should be pregnant already."

I'm so sorry I never had my hcg tested but I had my second chemical in September 2010 and then my in December 2010 (conceived November 2010). Good luck hun

update - levels 2 days after my 23 were 47,. doctors dont know what the hell is going on, had more blood done today and seeing a specialist tomorrow.

Is t possible that you ovulated twice last month, a few days apart. Possibly the 1st was a chemical, but the second was a sticky bean??? Why else would your hcg be going up instead of down?

23 is not high. It's pretty low and suggests you should get to below 10 (same as their 0) within the next week or so.

Going up is odd. Maybe they screwed up the first test? At my MMC at 7 weeks it took my levels a while to go below 10 (from 60k), but they never went up.

Please keep us updated. Curious what this can mean...

update - levels went from 23 - 47 to 12, dr confirmed chemical, still need more blood work.

I'm so sorry .....

I'm not sure if that's considered high.. I know mine went down fairly quickly and I didn't bleed very long. It's extremely heavy (like change super tampon once an hour TMI I know) and then all of a sudden it stops and I'm spotting. It's really odd.

Maybe you should get another blood test done or take a pregnancy test later this week? Sending loads of baby dust your way xxx

levels are at 12.. doing another test on friday for hcg, waiting for AF!
