TTC after implanon removal and a little worried!!

Hi, I am very new to this and wondered if anyone could give me some support. Me and my partner have decided to ttc after being together for 5 years. I have read so many posts on here about TTC after implanon removal and tbh it has worried me a little. I have had spotting throughout having my implanon in for 2 n half years n last week had my first proper period. I am due to get this taken out on friday and will apparently be ovulating in 1 weekish. Has most ppl had a mc when getting pregnant for the first time??? I hope i am one of the lucky ones who hets caught straight away but am really worried now. Can anyone support me through this?? Just need general advice? please xxx
