Ttc after ovulation weird cervix

So iv ovulated about 5 days ago. Iv been checking my cervix for a few months now since my miscarriage. But I never checked it before or when I was preg. So the last two days it's been high closed and hardish but the tip is soft. But feels like over the opening there's lots of slimy stuff just on the opening and there's now what feels like a line about a cm long going into the opening.... Anyone else have this or know what's going on. I'm scared my d&c has messed something up. This line wasn't there before or during ovulation and this is the first month my cervix has this line and slime
