Ttc baby number 3

SO sorry Victoria- but sometimes AF symptoms can be early preg symptoms as well.. hang in there chica

welcome flyingduster, hoping that you will get some sort of a cycle day... do you temp/track cm at all? im not overly familiar with how that works when you are breastfeeding... lol... just a suggestion

afm- feeling like o probably happened yesterday due to the amount of cm that I had, and then lack of today... I haven't checked my cervix at all this month either, as I really want to stick to the no stress. And sex came so much easier when we weren't "focused on a test or temp" and dh and I haven't argued about sex at all this month either (which was getting to be a regular thing, I hate to admit)
keeping hope and fingers crossed

I'm having an achey pelvis today and had a little spotting. Negative opk but maybe I missed the surge?

I'm on cd 9 and I'm unsure of cm, kinda looks like ewcm, luckily we have bd yesterday and the day before so if I am o'd then I should be with a good chance, will try to continue to bd regular for the next week but working nights this weekend so I really hope I don't miss that egg :spermy:

Thanks for the welcome! I do love how friendly this forum has always been.

I'm not temping; I doubt I get enough solid sleep for that to be overly accurate cos I bed-share and my youngest feeds quite a bit through the early hours still! I am tracking cm, cervix, and general symptoms though.

Due to breastfeeding and not cycling at all, things have been pretty dry, zero symptoms of anything, and a very low libido too. We've been wanting to TTC but I've not really been in to it until the past few weeks when it's felt a little more hopeful! I've had an overal increase of cm, with a couple of bits of potential EWCM (but not copious amounts and only once then gone, and once again a week later??) I've also had a higher libido again, and crampy feelings at times too. And I only started check my cervix again after the second spot of potential EWCM last week but it seems it was soft, and now isn't.

So! I have hope things are grinding back in to gear after so long, but I have no idea if it actually means I've ovulated or not, let alone when exactly! Lol.

I did go to my old midwife this afternoon and ask if I could have a few pregnancy tests in order to check every now and again!! I'm thinking I might test tomorrow morning to confirm I'm not pregnant yet, so I can quit obsessing so much, and carry on keeping an eye on my body and bd when we can....

Hi All, I'd like to join too, I'm in Australia. I have an almost 3 year old and almost 15 month old and hubby came on board with TTC #3 a couple of months ago but my cycles have not yet returned. I'm still feeding my 15 month old twice a day but only night weaned a few months ago. My body has tried to ovulate a few times going by EWCM. I'm going to try temp tracking now so I know when it definitely happens.
I actually had a very faint BFP on Monday (I think) but negatives since. Urine test at Dr yesterday was negative but had a blood test, still waiting for result but pretty sure it was a false positive or a chemical pregnancy.
Took us 9 months to conceive #1 and 4 cycles for #2. Really hoping it happens quickly this time!

Thank you all. I was disappointed af showed, but that goes right along with ttc.

Sorry af is imminent Victoria! I hope she stays away and you are getting early pregnancy symptoms!

Fx for you Mrs. Cletus and cupcake! We only bd once when I got pregnant with ds, so it really only takes one lucky time. Lol.

Flying good luck tracking! I'm breastfeeding and cosleeping my 1 year old and even though I got my cycle back when he was 6 months, it's still trying to regulate. It's been all over the place, but my main concern is a short luteal phase. So far 7 days has been the longest.... My periods are getting noticeably heavier, so I'm hoping that's a good sign that things are going back to normal!

Trying sounds like your body is trying to O. Fx it happens quickly for you!

Wow, such a similar story to me! And I'm only across the ditch in NZ too!! My youngest is a little older but same thing that breastfeeding and I don't have a cycle yet, but have had some EWCM lately. Lol.

 hello everyone! I love reading through all the posts on a morning from you guys that are awake while I'm sleeping haha! Cd11 here had a darker ovulation test yesterday aft still not positive but hopefully on its way! I usually ov cd 13/14 but I'm tracking closely as this is my first cycle after having my implant removed. We bd last night and will tonight and just keep like that until I get a positive opk. Anyway I hope your all ok and you ladies that are still breastfeeding I hope you get some obvious signs of ovulation soon!! Il be so glad to ovulate I love the hopeful weeks.. Fingers crossed for anyone testing. This group is getting lovely and big and it's so nice to have you all! :hugs: x

Argh! Big scary afternoon for us, though all is fine now.

My youngest (21m) was on the trampoline with me sitting on there beside her too. She went to sorta do a forward roll and just twisted awkwardly as she went. I heard a joint-popping crack. She cried as I scooped her up, fearing the worst of some neck injury, only to have her cry strangle off to a whimper and then silence as her eyes glazed over, she went more floppy and she went very white very quickly....!!!!! Argh!!!! I called to hubby "something is wrong with Piper" and he instantly was inside and calling an ambulance, no questions asked. I carried her inside, begging her to stay with me, blowing on her face and calling her name. She was fighting it, her eyes were rolling back but she'd then fight them open. I could hear her breathing, I got inside and felt her heartbeat too, and I felt her curl up and snuggle against me more. Her eyes gained focus again, though she was drowsy looking and still very pale. We lay her on the ground in case of injury but she was moving arms and legs and neck by then with not a peep so my panic had subsided.

I told her to stay laying there and I lay beside her hugging her, and told her a man was coming to see her, she nodded and repeated it to me. When the ambulance men arrived they checked her over and allowed her up, did more checks and taking notes and everything and by the time we were all done she was back to normal. We all decided she was fine and didn't need to go in to hospital, but of course to observe her and call if any worries.

So! All is fine. We don't know what happened and why she passed out. But it gave me a hell of a scare and I've been in uncontrollable sobs all afternoon ever since. MASSIVE emotional crash from the adrenaline high!!!! "Relief" doesn't come close to the feeling I have, but sheesh, so emotional.

Hug your babies! It can only take a moment....

How strange Hun, I do know that opks sometimes pick up the pregnancy hormone though.. Don't want to get your hopes up! But it could be that! X
