TTC Endo surgery and Period question

Hello Ladies,

I'm TTC But I have not had a period in 10 months. No spotting not even a little color. No signs of a period at all. I have had my Hormones checked and they said I have a slight Slight sign of PCOS but not enough to take medication. I have Endometriosis and have not had a Surgery for that in 3 1/2 years. I'm scheduled for a surgery on September 3rd.

I was wondering If my periods will start back up after surgery?? I know on my last surgery I had stage 4. and a Huge cyst the size of a softball on my left Ovary that they just drained. I 28 and my DH and I would love to have a baby. Any help would be great

I guess I should have said my surgery that i'm having is just to Scrap and Burn the Endo out. Thanks
