My husband and I have been TTC since we got married in 2010. We are both 22 years old. I saw my OBGYN near the end of 2011 since we still hadn't been able to get pregnant. He diagnosed me with PCOS and right away started me on Clomid. Well, I was on 50mg, 100mg, 150mg and 200mg and never ovulated once on it. He then switched me to Femara at 7.5mg and Metformin at 1000mg a day and I did that for one month and got no response with that either. the last thing he tried on me were the Gonal-F shots followed by an HCG trigger shot. I did end up ovulating on that, but got a :bfn:  We took a break from the about the middle on 2012 until now. I am currently waiting for my appointment with an RE in about 44 days. I am so excited and nervous all at the same time. Just wanted to post this and see if there was anyone out there who may have had a similar problem or experience to this.

Hello
I have PCOS too and me and OH have been TTC for 3 years! It's so frustrating being let down month after month :(
I've just started metformin which the GP said will regulate my cycles, not sure what our next step will be!
Hope you get your BFP very soon x

Thank you so much :) I hope you get your BFP soon, too. The PCOS road has been a long, hard one. Praying I get to the end of it soon and can have a baby of my own.

Maybe you should try staying on Metformin more than a month. A lot of times, it takes longer than that to regulate your cycle so you start ovulating. Most people conceive around 3 months+. I have PCOS and Hypothyroid Autoimmune, and have been on Metformin for 3 months now so hoping I will have some luck soon! Read about Metformin Success Stories on google, it really does work miracles for some people! Good luck!
