Ttc/ ivf with pituitary issues

Any one else have pituitary trouble? I blew out my pit after a MC and now I have sheehans syndrome and am on HRT. I would love to hear from anyone in a similar boat
We considering donor eggs in Prague next year. I don't want to risk another MC with my own shitty eggs. Has anyone conceived on HRt naturally??? My follies are there i just dont make any fsh (mine is 0.2!!!)
