Hello Ladies, my name is Nicole. My husband and I have been TTC for almost six months and have had no luck, my periods are normally regular occuring every 24th day of the month up until the month of September my period was two and a half weeks late and I had a possible miscariage of heavy bleeding and sharp cramping pains...then the month of October my period was back on track and appeared on the 24th. So now today the 24th of Novemeber, I have not recieved my period or any period like symptoms besides slight nausea at night and sharp random pains in my lower pelvic area. When is the best time to take an at home pregnancy test (eager to know but, don't want to get my hopes up either) Also, as a military family we are TTC prior to deployment but, know that everything works itself out but, my main question is when do I start seeking help with fertility?
