TTC now with positive OPK?

Hi everyone.
I'm new to the site but have been reading the forum for a while.
Here's my story: went off BCP last year when I got married in June. TTC ever since but had to start again with BCP (according to OBGYN) because of follicular cysts. Stopped again with BCP in Dec 13 and TTC ever since. My cycles are irregular though (30, 37 days and ?). I started using OPK's 3 weeks ago and was not detecting any ovulation so I started taking Vitex on CD28. And sure enough, I got a very positive result yesterday, CD35! So we did the BD the day before yesterday (the test line was already darker on this day), yesterday (very positive result!!) and will today and tomorrow. I can't help but wonder if Vitex did in fact help or not but it surely seemed as if I was Ovulating: tender breasts, very sharp cramps in left lower abdomen. Now the TWW starts again. I'm feeling a bit excited about this one because it's the first time I KNOW we did the BD when I was ovulating. Who ovulates on CD35? But then again, this is not the first TWW. And I don't want to get my hopes up. So here I am sharing my story with all of you hoping you have feedback about your experience with OPK's, Vitex and the TWW.

Well, since yesterday a lot has happened. Today I started getting AF symptons. I'm really upset about this. How is it possible to have had an LH surge 2 days ago and now have AF symptons? And to make matters worse, I think I have a UTI from TTC so much. Sorry TMI... It hurts and is very uncomfortable. Feeling down
