TTC , Ovulation Calculation help.

Hello. I've been TTC for 3 months now. My husband and I have sex every 2 days about 5 days after AF till the next cycle. It hasnt worked for the past 3 months. I read on the forum where everyone calculates when they ovulate and plan around it. My average cycle is about 35 days, I do not know how to properly calculate and I'm getting anxious and depressed everything AF comes around. Can someone please guide me?

typically you ovulate 14days BEFORE af regardless of cycle lengths, the only guaranteed way to know when is through using a basal thermometer and charting you bbt on an app like fertilityfriend.com OPKs can help pinpoint ovulation but doesn't guarantee it and some ladies find them stressful as to when they are positive x hope this helps x
