TTC Plus Size Problems!

I feel like it's always my fault when it comes to TTC because my DH is fit and healthy.. feel so alone!

I have popped over in this section to give advice. I felt the exact same way. My OH is very thin and I'm a flab monster

Weight can effect fertility but then again it may not. Beautiful plus size women concieve constantly. I would go for a little check up and ask your doctor if they feel your weight is restricting your capability to concieve. You never know, it could be something as simple as stress.

I lost 96 pounds and still couldn't concieve. I took Fertilaid, because of suspected endometriosis and hormonal imbalance, and that is what helped me. I hope you start to feel better and please do not blame yourself.

Hello Onedaymommy! You are not alone! I am a bigger girl size 26/28 and I also have PCOS so I am pretty sure the problem is with me...and it is hard! I was pretty down on myself for a while but due to some awesome support here on Bnb I am slowly starting to realize I am more then a pant size or a number on a scale! Who says I cant conceive being bigger and have an awesome pregnancy!!! Just wanted to let you know you are not alone!

You are not alone here! I'm a Plus Size girl with a not so skinny guy and we feel it's hard too even though I got a go ahead and have no fertility issues as of yet. I hate that I'm going to be hitting my 8th month of trying. Soon it will be a year and we will get tested but I have faith that it will happen to all of us regardless of our size!!

I'm right there with you ladies!!! Could stand to lose a good 30-40lbs and so could the OH....I sometimes wonder (as we go into our 7th month TTC) if this is hindering our chances! :/

Plus I never get any EWCM.

Don' t blame it on yourself. I know many plus size women who had very healthy pregnancies. For some people, it just takes longer to concieve than others. But regardless of how long it takes, we'll always be here

I am also a big girl well not too big but still considered overweight..anyway..been TTC for 5 years just about..with no luck at all!! My DBF is also on the slim fit healthy side..he has a 5 yr old little boy..and its hard.. =[ Wanting a baby for so long and so bad and still..NOTHING ..I just started taking Fertilaid,which some one previous said they took..So here is to hoping it will help and we'll get that BFP..never gotten one..wanting my first so badly!

Thank you ladies so much! It's tough but I know one day we'll have our little blessing.


I took fertilaid and it helped with my hormones but they say to use it for atleast 3 months before expecting a BFP to happen.
