Ttc -Reiki massage and acupuncture

We have been trying for our first baby for 10 months.

Being the type A "controlling" ( in the best way possible of course) person that I am, "not stressing " and "not thinking about it" isn't an option

I have heard about some women doing reiki massage and acupuncture while ttc.

Anyone have any successes or failures to share ?

We have been TTC for over 9 months and nothing, I started Acupuncture last month, brought my cycles to 28 days and ovulation to day 13/14.

I am freeking out here as I am not sure I am seeing things, I have run out of the digital tests so using these strips but not sure if you can see the lines or if they could be evap lines.

We have been trying to conceive for 9 months and nothing, this month I was so sick with a cold thought I was out. Yesterday had spotting so thought AF was here, but tested anyway, I am 12 DPO

I have attached the photo. So if its a true BFP I truly believe the Acupuncture helped us!
