ttc while bf

my dd is 1 years old and im still bf her about 3-4 x day. she has 3 meals and snacks during day. my af hadnt returned but we are ttc for a few months now. has anyone went this long without af and gotten pregnant without it returning? also any signs that you where pregnant?

another question is there any signs before af returns? ive been feeling like it will on and off for what feels like weeks now but nothing.

I have friends who went baby to baby without ever getting a period so it is possible. Since she is still nursing that much that's probably why AF hasn't come back. Most people say theirs only came back when they were down to 1 or 2 nurse sessions a day. Not always the case though. The months before mine came back I would have moments or days where I felt "PMSy" but nothing. The month it finally did come I had all my old PMS symptoms and ovulation symptoms.
