TTC with endo and pcos

Has anyone conceived naturally after excision surgery and taking metformin. I don't have the money for a RE so I am curious if it has happened naturally for anyone...

hi
i have pcos and endo but doing ivf.
dont worry about that as im doing it because hubby has a low count too.
i know people that have conceived naturally but if you have difficulty you can take clomid or metformin drug x
