ttc with endometriosis

hi there, im new to all this!!
I want a little bit of info of people with past experiences with similar problem.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis 4 years ago, after having a laparoscopy i conceived within a year ( son born 2011)
Ive had no problems untill a few month ago after i miscarried, and started suffering from pain around the time of my period / ovulation.

Me and my boyfriend havent been using protection for 18 month. Im now waiting to see a gynea as ive had blood tests that show im not ovulating, and a scan which shows multiple cysts on my overaries.

What id like to know if anyone has had similar problems, and what has the gynea / specialist done for you ( treatment wise) Ive done countless research and it seems only IVF is offered to women with endometriosis but as i already have a child, ill have to go private. My doctor mentioned that in his referral hes going to mention to put me on fertility drugs to make me ovulate but never mentioned what...

any advice would be appreciated as ive no idea what to think anymore :/
