So today is day 41... no period yet and preg test are negative. I can feel AF coming soon.

Is it possible to get pregnant with irregular periods? Im getting nervous this will be a struggle for us.

those with irregular periods... did you get regnant?

and what should I do?

It is definitely possible to get pregnant with irregular cycles. I've had irregular cycles since I started getting periods. I've been pregnant 5 times now (three children, 2 early miscarriages).

However, irregular periods are sometimes a sign of a bigger problem - in my case, it was a sign of endometriosis, PCOS, and hypothyroidism. And it has made TTC more difficult.

I think the first step would be to talk to your doctor and see what they suggest. I saw a specialist OBGYN after around 6 months of TTC because my cycles were irregular. He ran tests for me to help figure out what the problem was and then gave me some prescriptions to help control the issues. We haven't started any fertility treatments yet, but we'll probably be going down that route after the new year.

Try not to worry too much, though. Having long cycles doesn't necessarily mean TTC will be more difficult. And it definitely doesn't mean that you can't get pregnant.

Wishing you the best of luck with your TTC journey. :flower:

My friend is pregnant, and her period never stop since she started getting it.
She takes some Chinese herbal medicine to help with her ovulation, and changes her lifestyle...which is hard!

I think monitoring become very important, when you have the irregular cycle.
And definitely go see a doctor!

Good luck with everything!!!
