Hey Everyone! My name is Jessica. I am new to this message board and have never been part of a forum before. Its nice knowing there's people out there going through the same situations. We all need support because we dont always get it from other people that may not understand what we are going through.

So I'm just about 32 years old bday in a couple weeks! My significant other and I have been trying to conceive for the past 6 months and have had no luck he already has a 10 year old son. I went to the Dr back in April he thought I had endo of my bladder so I went through laproscopic surgery what he found was no endo, my right tube was clogged, and my left ovary was attatched to my uterus he fixed it all he also said i definately ovulated. GREAT NEWS so far. So I thought everything was good to go. I had a post op appointment Dr explained that he thinks I'm having a unexplained infertility because everything looks like it should He then wanted me to do a postcoital test. So I set the appointment up did the test and what he found was my CM wasn't where he wanted it to be it was there but didn't look like I was producing enough he said I might have low progesterone. he said to keep trying to conceive and get opk's then go for a blood test to see my level on day 24 so I bought the opk and he said you should be ovulating on day 15 well I kept doing th opk but I never got a positive lh surge. So now I got my blood test results back it did show I have slightly low progesterone and I did definately ovulate. He know prescribed me Crinone when the nurse called she said take it every single day until i got a positive pregnancy test I advised her I'm going to get my period soon and if I should still take it she said yes dr wants it every single day. I believe we are trying this first because he did mention something about going for an IUI. Has anyone else taken crinone every single day til their positive test.

I have no experience with this BUT didn't want to read and run.

My gf was using the crinone cream and was on it for about 2 years. She ended up going in for IUI, her dr kept her on it through iui and she got her bfp. After her bfp she stayed on it until week 10. From what I remember it was to help the pregnancy along.

Anyways, he was born earlier this year! Good luck!
