Hi, im wondering if any one has any information or remedies to start ovulating again naturally. About a year and a half ago i was ovulating but then i stopped and it hasnt come back since, and i dont know why so basically my question is has any one had this problem and found a way of ovulating again by using herbs or any thing?

I have heard that vitex can help regulate you naturally but i cannot use it due to mental health issues. I used Juniper massage oil and hadnt had AF in over a year but after two months of using the oil, it arrived.

thans for the info, im getting vitex next week and i'll try the juniper massage oil i just hope something works.

Agnus Castus - worked for me! (But you need to chart your temps so that you don't take it past ovulation).
