Tugging behind my belly button

For a couple of days I've had tugging behind and to the left of my belly button, I'm only 8 and a half weeks. Is that normal? It is kinda painful.

I got that, and my midwife told me it was growing pains from my ligaments around my belly button due to my uterus expanding
