If it's pre-shrunk cotton then I bung it into the drier. I don't dry things until they are bone dry or go all static though, I dry them till about 90% dry then hang on a clothes horse overnight. Stops a lot of the shrinkage.
If it's a sunny day though, the sun is good for fading little stains sometimes.
