Ok so for 2 days ive got a bad tummy bug bathroom is my new best friend lol
But since getting sick ive been having runny poo's but its BLACK ?? what could this mean , I know with babies it means there bleeding inside but is it the same for adults ?
Im also taking pepto-bismol could this be the reason you think ?
