Tweak/opinions please

Hi, I took a test with fmu and something is catching my eye. I'd love a second opinion or an invert ( I don't know how to do it).
I'm 12dpo, which is an estimate as I don't temp, and we've only DTD once this cycle.
Had brown spotting on Wednesday which I never get, and have random cramps ever since. I did get implantation bleeding with both my previous boys so am hoping that's what it was
