Twelve week scan - guesses please?

I'm hoping for a girl and my wife is hoping for a boy, so either way it's going to go well. Everyone keeps saying the scan looks girly and even my other half is convinced that this baby is a girl!

Anyhow, guesses welcome! Baby was measuring 13 weeks at this scan
