Twinges at night?

I got up to go to dd last night at 4am and woke to twinges in the uterus area. ive been having these on and off at other times and noticed them also a couple of nights ago while I was also up. I'm 10dpo and keeping my fingers crossed - does anyone know why they could be happening specifically at night (although I've had some in the day too, just not for a day or two). Thanks!

I have them too. To me I notice them a lot more because I'm just laying there. You're not moving around and not as distracted so you become more aware. If that makes sense, I can't think how to put it
