Twins or more question?

To anyone who has had twins or more, I was wondering if you actually look bigger or not in the beginning. Did anyone comment that you looked further along than what you were or anything?

I am huge in the stomach area for how far i am, my mum says she wasnt that size until about 5 months. Although i haven't actually put on any weight yet (lost abit) my stomach is massive!

I have my scan this week and i can't wait to see if there is one or two in there.

I am having twins too and mostly my tummy so far is bloat. I have been trying to find out how much bigger my uterus is to that with a singleton inside but have not been able to find any conclusive answer. At my stage the uterus with one baby would be the size of a grapefruit and still mostly tucked in behind the pelvic bone. So what is further up must be bloat

I only have 1 baby and a few ppl think I'm further along than I am. There is no proof about your size that it's more than 1 baby. The only thing that is, is an ultrasound.

I know i just wanted to hear what people had to say who have or are pregnant with twins, to see if they were bigger from early on or not.

I suddenly got massive literally nearly overnight when I was about 12 wks, I lost track of the number of people that said "are u sure its only one in there" but it most definitely is just one! I think at that stage its pretty much a lot of bloat, and everyone carries differently. Although I'm now 34 weeks, my bump hadn't actually got much bigger since then,, but its changed shape (though iv measured 2 weeks ahead every appointment since they started taking the fundal height at 25 wks). So, in my experience, there isn't a big correlation between bump size and multiples in the early days.

I'M carrying twins and dont even seem to have a hint of a bump. Plenty bloat though!

I'd kinda thought I'd have some sorta bumpage going on by now but nothing.

I don't know how many are in my belly now but people are making comments that I'm having twins. Nearly everyone in my family has said they have thy feeling and even my closest friends. I'm not showing yet and no one lives cloae enough to have visited but I constantly have this stretching growing feeling around my uterus. My mom said she only felt that occasionally throughout the day. Not all day long like me. I'm beginning to wonder if my uterus is growing rapidly to make room fir 2.
