two rises and drops in BBT HELP! :(

Going crazy here. The other day I had a temp 96.8 then jumped up to 97.2 and yesterday had another drop of 96.9 to 97.7 and during the day it has been high 98's into early 99's.

Is it possible im very early pregnant? Have lots of discharge (ewcm looking and had some white spots in it today) took a test bfn of course..what could this be? I'm going crazy lol

Are you taking your BBT at the same times? Depending on when you take your temperature, it could fluctuate. They say it's best to take your temp the first thing when you wake up (which needs to be somewhat consistent).

If you're seeing EWCM, that means you're fertile and having a better chance of conceiving.
