Two rounds of Femara in same cycle

Hi everyone! It is my first day here so please forgive if I am in the wrong section. I have posted in Intro as my first post
I have been TTC around three years with one MMC in May. Since then I have done Femara and this is my fifth cycle on it, also monitored. I had bloodworm today (CD 19) and nothing, not even a sign of O, so have been put back on Femara again, starting today. Does anyone have any experience with doing two rounds of meds in they same cycle? I took it CD 4-8 as normal. Thank you!

I have not. But doctor has mentioned as an option at one point but because of something else I turned it down.

Thank you waitingongod1. I feel like I am the only one and not many know much about a double medicated cycle!
