two week wait 9dpo anyone else

Hi ladies I'm back been away for a while I had my miscarriage Nov last year at 3months I was so devestaed all I ever wanted since I was 11 years old was someone to call me mommy well its 8 cycles later and I'm still trying to conceive...I'm 9dpo and yesterday I had a temp drop then today but spiked up just morning I had very bad nausea & my boobs are sore and full but mainly sore at night that was my only symptom last time around was my sore boobs wish me luck ladies...
