Can we take extra strength Tylenol? Or is it just regular strength that we are aloud to take?

I took extra strength, and have two healthy little boys. Sometimes, I would start with just one, and if it didn't help, I would add the second one an hour or two later.

I take extra strength. You just have to watch how many mgs you take.
