Typical boy/girl bump

How many of you who know what your having, have the 'typical boy/girl bump'
I had a private gender scan with great potty shots that said girl and then again was told girl at my 20 wk scan
So many people including strangers when I'm out have said to me aww your having a boy then or that's definitely a boy bump!! Im sure it's a girl... I hope so considering the amount of pink I have bought!!! Lol

It totally depends on your body type! Not the sex of the baby. Don't worry, I'm sure your little girl, is indeed still a little girl!

It is all guff... I have had 3 girl pregnancies, 2 of which were typical "girl" bumps (baby #1 and this current baby) and one a typical "boy" bump (baby #2) and my first 2 babies are both all girl and this one has been pronounced girl at 3 scans

Mine is apparently a 'definate girl bump' but I am defo team LOL. It actually has nothing to do with the sex but is about your muscles and body shape anyway.......

I've always been told boys are all at the front, nice and neat and girls are all around. Did you mean it that way round?

No lol! i thought it was girls all front and boys all around? think it is all rubbish to be fair and definitely depends on body shape/ muscle tone etc xx

i carried my dd super low and people thought I was for sure having a boy someone even told me "those techs arent always right" and she was definitely a girl. So dont worry what your bump looks like

i'm carrying low and ive had many people tell me its a boy. I'm also not that emotional, actually calmer. and im gaining all my weight in my belly. My hair is growing fast and getting prettier.. all boy signs.... But its a girl!

Hair grows faster during every pregnancy, and nails. I'm team and my skin (until about 2 weeks ago) has been bad during the whole pregnancy.

I don't believe ANY of the old wives tales about gender tbh. I have proved most of them to be utter rubbish!

This is the theory I have heard too - boy bumps all out front, girl bumps = rounder. However I hasten to add I agree it is a load of rubbish! ... I think I probably have a 'girl' bump and am having a girl, but I suspect this is because I had a bit of a tummy anyway lol. I don't really believe any of those myths, I think I disproved a lot of them! Chinese gender prediction, ring test ( I think ), I'm sure there were more I can't think of ...

I agree! It totally depends on your body type not the baby's gender. It's a myth. Congrats on your little girl

Last time I was all out front, carried low & had a boy. This time it's too early to tell sex & how I'll carry but doesn't seem to make much difference from what everyone else has said xx

I've had three boys and now carrying a BB girl and I've carried them all the same way I think it depends on you and not the sex of the baby and as for all the myths the only one that has been correct for me is craving meats,cheese salty things with my boys and fruits and sweets with my BB girl.
